With our exclusive Ride, Then Decide Program you can purchase a new ski, wakeboard or wakesurf and try it for 14 days and then have the option to exchange it. This way, you can find the ski or board that works best for you and buy with confidence.

How it works:
If you know you are going to buy a ski or board, but you just don’t know which one to choose, you first purchase and try the gear of choice. You then have a 14 day trial period. If you decide to keep the the item you are all set. If you are still unsure about the item, exchange it, and add or subtract the difference in the price of the next ski, and then we will ship you the replacement gear to try.

During the demo period we will be happy to help you with tips on how to set your gear up for optimum performance. You can repeat this process as many times as you want until you find the right ski for you. The only catch is that you pay the shipping costs and a $100 restocking fee for any returned skis or boards. This program is also not eligible for skis or boards that come with bindings. If you are also purchasing bindings at the same time, the bindings are not eligible for this program.

*Gear purchased in this program is not eligible for free shipping. This program is also not eligible for skis or boards that come with bindings. If you are also purchasing bindings at the same time, the bindings are not eligible for this program.

*The customer is responsible for any damage to the equipment once received. If your order is damaged upon receipt, contact us immediately to file a claim with the shipping provider. Please keep all packaging received. Please email us photos of the packaging and items within the order and email those to us.
