Our vests are engineered for performance, tested by the greatest athletes on the water, and defy conventional design. O'Neill's NytroLite Foam is more buoyant, lighter by a factor of 3, and provides superior impact protection compared to traditional foam. Using an exclusive nitrogen-expansion process, our Low Density Polyethylene is 10% more buoyant, 15-20% less water absorbent, and 3 times lighter than standard PVC foam.
FEATURES:
Competition Vests are designed to fit skin tight. They are form fitting and will stretch. If you are used to wearing a loose fitting vest, ski and wake vests will feel much different. They are designed NOT to ride up on you while in the water. When you first zip the vest, it will feel very tight, then loosen up once you are in the water.
